WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION AND WHY DO WE COLLECT IT?

You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.

When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

Madame Voyage will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

It is important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We  will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. Terms & Conditions

Madame Voyage is committed to providing exceptional retreats and tours. Below are our Terms and Conditions, which outline the responsibilities and expectations for both Madame Voyage and our participants.

1. Duty of Care & Participant Code of Conduct

Our experiences may include alcohol; therefore, we have a legal duty of care to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, venue partners, drivers, and tour operators. Participants must be 18 years or older, drink responsibly, and show respect towards all staff and fellow participants.

2. Bookings & Payment

Bookings are to be made through our website's enquiry form. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with final payment due before the tour or retreat. Upon receipt of full payment, we will provide an online form to collect personal information, dietary requirements, allergies, and a disclaimer acceptance.

3. Cancellation & Refund

Participant cancellations are non-refundable; however, you may transfer your spot to a friend. Participants are advised to have their own travel insurance and visas.

4. Behavior

We reserve the right to terminate the tour or retreat if any participant's actions are deemed threatening or dangerous to staff or others. Unruly participants may be removed, and relevant authorities notified.

5. Injury & Lost Property

Madame Voyage is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour or retreat. Participants are encouraged to obtain personal travel insurance to cover loss of property, illness, or injury.

6. Photo & Video Release

By participating, you grant Madame Voyage permission to use photographs or videos taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us in writing prior to the retreat.

7. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

While we strive to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee all meals and activities will be free from allergens. Participants with severe allergies should take necessary precautions and bring appropriate medication.

8. Schedule & Itinerary Changes

Madame Voyage reserves the right to make changes to the schedule and itinerary as necessary, including but not limited to changes due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or availability of activities and venues. Participants will be informed of significant changes as soon as possible.

9. Payment Terms

Final payment must be made within the specified time frame. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of the deposit.

10. Minimum Participant Requirement

Tours and retreats are subject to a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number is not reached, Madame Voyage reserves the right to cancel the retreat and provide a full refund to participants.

11. Force Majeure

Madame Voyage is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of Acts of Nature, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, or other events beyond our control.

12. Privacy Policy

All personal information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for organizing the tour or retreat. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to complete your booking or as required by law.

13. Health and Fitness

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and physically able to participate. Any health conditions should be disclosed prior to booking. We reserve the right to decline a booking if a participant's health may affect their ability to safely complete the tour or retreat.

14. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint during the tour or retreat, inform the tour operator or a Madame Voyage representative immediately so that we can attempt to resolve the matter. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or your use of our services will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the country in which the tour or retreat takes place.

15. Use of Transportation

Participants acknowledge that the use of any transportation provided by Madame Voyage is at their own risk. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, death, or delays caused by the transportation provider.

16. Additional Activities

Any activities or excursions not included in the original tour or retreat package but booked through Madame Voyage are subject to the same terms and conditions. Participants who choose to engage in additional activities do so at their own risk.

17. Medical Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, Madame Voyage will assist in obtaining medical care, but participants are responsible for any costs incurred. It is recommended that participants have adequate health and travel insurance to cover any medical expenses.

By booking with Madame Voyage, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
